Doug was a senior executive at Saint-Gobain where he acquired and ran European and U.S.-based engineered materials businesses in both turnaround and high-growth environments. He began his career with six years at
McKinsey & Company in the Zurich and Chicago offices.

A past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, he has also served as vice chairman of the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra and been board president of the Waldorf School of Atlanta. He graduated with honors from Wesleyan University and holds his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He is fluent in German, Swiss-German and French.

Rick began his career as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Force with multiple commendations. He then spent four years in the Minneapolis office of McKinsey & Company. Rick worked for Thomson as head of a high-growth electronic publishing business and as Director of Global Strategy.

He is a former professional athlete and member of the USA National Triathlon Team. Rick graduated with honors in engineering from the University of Minnesota and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
